"The art of living lies in the fine art of mingling letting go and holding on."

Henry Ellis

As a Coach I know the power of a life full of passionate playful engagement.

Today, it is this balance of Life, Work, and Play that gives me energy and brings me fully present to each new trajectory. In addition to my Coaching, I am a Part-time Ski Instructor at Okemo Mountain in Vermont, and an avid amateur golfer. My home base is in the hills of New England, where I live with my husband. We are blessed to have family, friends, work and play that keep us traveling to many beautiful destinations, creating many full circles for Life's opportunities.

I say "Ride the Glide©"

Full Circles Coaching allows me to partner with individuals who are ready to turn life's transitions into life-fulfilling opportunities. Individuals who look to have the Life of their dreams and balance their Work and Play in support of that Life.

In the last few years, I had some Big  Life Circles  come to completion and began some exciting new ones.  In my own quest to renew my spirit, fully engage all my energy, and integrate what I do to who I am, I found the secret ingredient to sustaining my drive and performance -- the Power of Play (the ability to bring courageous, creative, carefree and caring energy to each opportunity for growth.) After thoughtful consideration and analysis, it was letting go and returning to my intuition that brought me Full Circle.

As a Coach and principal life enthusiast of Full Circles Coaching, LLC, I bring 20 years of experience in corporate human resources, consulting, and transition coaching, and a track record of guiding individuals, executive teams, and governing boards to build on strengths and manage change.

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), and hold a B.A. in Business Administration from Michigan State University.
